Fairewinds Newsletter: 2021 Annual Report

Dear Fairewinds Supporters,

Thank you for reading Fairewinds’ latest updates, blog posts, watching videos and Zoom conferences we have worked on, and for listening to the podcasts we share. Seriously, we understand how keeping up with news about crashing atoms and radioactivity is frightening, saddening, and burdensome –– Thank You for hanging in there with us!

We have accomplished so much this year. Fairewinds 2021 Annual Report contains the main highlights. Like all our other resources, it is Free to you and anyone visiting fairewinds.org.

Honestly, even though our mission is to share all of our work with you freely, we have actual expenses. For example, we need funds to teach community groups how to sample radioactivity. We also must continue researching and comparing NRC documents for local communities. Your funding will help us determine whether federal regulations developed to protect communities are implemented or ignored.

Please help us continue our community-centered nuclear analysis

Radiation emanating from nuclear power sites and weapons manufacturing is practically everywhere, perhaps even in your community. The Fairewinds Crew wants to continue helping communities living in these atomic shadows. Local communities and environmental groups are asking us to help them develop community-based citizen-scientist projects throughout the U.S. and around the world. But we need your help to do that.

Please check out our Annual Report, read about our accomplishments during the past year, then please open your heart to help us help others.
