Petition for Leave to Intervene and Request for Hearing by the Blue Ridge Environmental Defense League (BREDL)
/On May 11, 2020, Blue Ridge Environmental Defense League (BREDL) filed a petition to intervene before the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and request a hearing to present opposition to the granting of licensure to Souther Nuclear Operating Company (SNC). Fairewinds’ Arnie Gundersen contributed as an expert witness on behalf of BREDL and the Concerned Citizens of Shell Bluff.
